• To Incorporate design criteria and satisfy the requirements /stipulations of Industry and Government authorities /agencies for approval.
   

• Quality Working Drawings representing   client-approved design, and with proper specifications and details, guide and make for an easy construction process.

These Drawings form part of the contract document and can help to show and record ongoing changes, etc..that may be required.
Design Drawings will often include interior/exterior elevations, interior/exterior 3D renderings, floor plans, site plans and perspectives.

• A Bill of Quantities (BQ or B of Q)is a prepared document with a comprehensive list of measurements of all the works to be done on a particular project as derived mainly from the drawings.

• A properly priced Bill of Quantities gives a more accurate projection of construction costs, and is used as the basis for a construction contract price.

It can be used to quantify changes that may occur across the construction phases, and to properly adjust costs due to price fluctuations.

It also mitigates against conflict, confusion, and disputes between client and contractor over costs.
